Real estate companies really, really, need to provide a checklist, covering the sell or buy from start to end, in a section for each phase, that cover the process, and data requirements for that phase. There were “surprises”, both when we bought and when we sold, that could have been avoided. Mostly it was scheduling inspections that caused issues.
